This means all the customers in the world are your target audience. Our customer pool is bigger than any other in the world because it is the world. Adaptation and compliance is the only customer service, it is the key to any company of today. Companies spend too much money on making there select group of customers buy there small product line that they believe the customer wants and even if the customer dose not want the items then tuff the company makes them buy them. Our marketing spend is to attract the customer to our service not a finite selection of stock that we want our client base to buy or that our B2C clients think is out of fashion at some point in time. We do not need a buying department we do not need a warehouse we do not have to forecast loss of stock sale price etc thus all our time and effort is for the customer.

The customers can only buy what they are told to buy thus the customer is not the boss and can never be the boss. Long have customers been forced into buying not what they want.
